Today at the thirty second session of the State Advice of Republic Tatarstan Minister of Justice of Republic Tatarstan of M.M.Kurmanov is selected by a member of the Central selective commission of Republic Tatarstan.

During the thirty second session of the State Advice of Republic Tatarstan deputies in the second reading have approved the bill « About rendering a free legal aid to citizens in Republic Tatarstan » which adjusts the attitudes connected with maintenance in territory of republic of the right of citizens of the Russian Federation on reception of a free qualified legal aid, stipulated by a federal law. In the bill types of a free legal aid are stipulated.

Yesterday, on September, 11th, 2012, under the legislative initiative of the State Advice of Republic Tatarstan at Plenary session of State Duma FS of the Russian Federation the project of the federal law « About modification in article of 1 Federal law « About the general number of world judges and quantity of judicial sites in subjects of the Russian Federation » (about an increase of number of world judges in Republic Tatarstan) has been considered.

According to the Law of Republic Tatarstan from September, 15th, 1999 « About the Code of laws of Republic Tatarstan » the Ministry of Justice of Republic Tatarstan work on preparation and updating of the Code of laws of Republic Tatarstan proceeds. Preparation and the edition of 3 volumes of the Code of laws of Republic Tatarstan in Russian and Tatar languages in which content Section 1 is included is provided. The constitutional legislation.
