Dynasties of jurists among lawyers of the Bar chamber of the Republic of Tatarstan

In continuing of the action on honouring of professional dynasties timed to celebration of the Interior family day, Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan tells about dynasties of representatives of the Bar chamber of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Gusev Vladimir Vladimirovich - works as a lawyer since 1995 year, his wife Elza Chernova and daughter Julia Guseva also are acting lawyers. Father of Vladimir Gusev - Gusev Vladimir Akomovich was the worker of the investigation devision of the Vakhitovsky ROIA of Kazan. Vladimir Vladimirovich was awarded by the Federal Bar Chamber of Russia with the medal “For honours in protection of the rights and freedoms of citizens” of the 2nd category and with the Gratitudes of the Bar Chamber of the Republic of Tatarstan. 

Ponomaryov Askar Usmanovich - works as a lawyer since 1991 year. His father Ponomaryov Usman Rakhimovich worked in the Prosecutor’s Office of the TASSR as a assistant prosecutor. His wife Raisa Rukhulbayanova works as a lawyer since 1984 year, and her father Rukhulbayan Fatkhibayanovich worked as a prosecutor in the Naberezhnye Chelny. Their children Amina Askarovna and Bulat Askarovich following their parents and relatives choose profession of a lawyer. Askar Usmanovich has a Honoured title “Distinguished lawyer of the Republic of Tatarstan” and was awarded by the Federal Bar Chamber of Russia with the medal of the 1st category “For honours in protection of the rights and freedoms of citizens”.

Rybac Boris Semenovich - works as a lawyer since 1997 year, his daughter Inna Rybak and son-in-law Mihail Raskin also work as a lawyers. Boris Semenovich has a Honoured title “Distinguished lawyer of the Republic of Tatarstan”, was awarded with the order “For the faithfulness to the lawyer’s duty” and with the medal of the 1st category “For honours in protection of the rights and freedoms of citizens”, Letter of thanks of the Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan and with lots of other awards.
