On-site check on the study of the execution of state powers by local self-government authorities of the Menzelinsky district of the Republic
On July 14, 2021, an employee of the Ministry conducted an on-site inspection to study the execution by local self-government authorities of the Menzelinsky Municipal District of the Republic of the state powers to collect information from settlements necessary for maintaining the register of municipal regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Tatarstan.
During the audit, issues of interaction of responsible persons of local self-government authorities at the district and settlement levels were considered, the organization of work on collecting information from settlements, including municipal regulatory legal acts and additional information about them, was studied.
The responsible persons of the local self-government bodies of the municipal district were provided with the necessary legal and advisory assistance, problematic issues were discussed, recommendations were given in order to improve the efficiency of work in the execution of state powers.
