On July 4, 2021, the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan No. 41-ZRT of June 22, 2021 "On Amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On the implementation of the rights of Citizens to provide them with Residential Premises of the State Housing Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan and Municipal Housing Fund under Social Lease agreements" and the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On the implementation of the rights of citizens to provide them with residential premises under lease agreements of the Housing Fund for Social use", with the exception of provisions for which other terms of their entry into force are established.
The Law of the Republic of Tatarstan No. 31-ZRT of July 13, 2007 "On the implementation of the rights of citizens to provide them with residential premises of the State Housing Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan and the municipal Housing Fund under social lease agreements" was amended to clarify the list of documents necessary for registering citizens as those in need of residential premises and recognizing citizens as poor.
In particular, the types of income taken into account when determining the amount of income attributable to each family member have been clarified.
The Law of the Republic of Tatarstan No. 13-ZRT of March 16, 2015 "On the implementation of the rights of citizens to provide them with residential premises under lease agreements of the housing Fund for social use" was amended to regulate the issues of accounting for the income of each family member or a single citizen living alone, determining the value of real estate owned by citizens, revaluation of the amount of income and the value of property of citizens in order to re-confirm the right to provide residential premises under lease agreements.
In addition, Law No. 41-ZRT introduced amendments clarifying the list of documents necessary for the registration of citizens as those in need of providing residential premises under rental agreements, as well as the procedure for their submission.
