Meeting of the Board of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan
On July 27, 2021, under the chairmanship of the Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan M. M. Ibyatov, a meeting of the board of the Ministry "On interaction of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan with local self-government bodies on issues of rule-making activities" was held.
The meeting of the board was attended by representatives of the Office of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Council of Municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan, members of the Board of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, heads of structural divisions and employees of the Ministry.
Deputy heads of municipal districts and city districts of the republic, heads of legal services of local self-government bodies took part in the videoconference mode.
Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan M. M. Ibyatov made a report "On the results of the work of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan with local self-government bodies on standard-setting activities for 6 months of 2021".

Valiakhmetov, Head of the Department for Supervision of the legality of regulatory legal acts of the Department for Supervision of the Execution of Federal Legislation of the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Tatarstan, considered certain issues of prosecutor's supervision over the legality of regulatory legal acts of local self-government bodies in his speech.
Deputy Head of the Department of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation for the Republic of Tatarstan A. I. Galyautdinov told about the activities of the Department of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation for the Republic of Tatarstan in the field of ensuring the unity of the legal space, including on issues of state registration of charters of municipalities and municipal legal acts on amendments to the charters of municipalities in electronic form.
The Deputy Head of the Pestrechinsky municipal district V. A. Ignatieva made a report "On the interaction of local self-government bodies of the Pestrechinsky municipal district with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan on issues of normative activity".
At the meeting of the Board of the Ministry, the issues of coordinating the rule-making activities of local self-government bodies, organizing and maintaining the register of municipal normative legal acts of the Republic of Tatarstan, providing legal support for the activities of local self-government bodies and others were discussed.
