The annual republican competition of experts has been announced
The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan announces the acceptance of applications for participation in the annual republican competition of experts for conducting an independent anti-corruption examination of regulatory legal acts and draft regulatory legal acts in the period from October 1 to October 30, 2021 (the Regulations on the competition in the current version of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan No. 943 of December 14, 2015).
Applications for participation in the competition are accepted in the form approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan No. 943 dated 14.12.2015 (as amended by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan No. 543 dated 29.06.2020).
The application form is located in the section "Combating corruption", in the subsection "Annual Republican competition of experts on conducting independent and anti-corruption expertise of regulatory legal acts and draft regulatory legal acts"
The following documents are attached to the application:
a copy of the certificate of an individual (notification) on accreditation as an independent expert authorized to conduct an anti-corruption examination of regulatory legal acts and draft regulatory legal acts;
copies of the conclusions in the form approved by the Order of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation No. 363 of October 21, 2011, indicating the identified corruption-causing factors and ways to eliminate them. If the conclusion does not indicate a corruption-causing factor, as well as a way to eliminate it, such a conclusion is not accepted for consideration;
copies of motivated responses of state authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan, state bodies, local self-government bodies of municipalities in the Republic of Tatarstan and their officials based on the results of consideration of conclusions (if any);
certificate of the tax authority on the fulfillment by the taxpayer (payer of the fee, payer of insurance premiums, tax agent) of the obligation to pay taxes, fees, insurance premiums, penalties, fines, interest in the form approved by the Federal Tax Service.

The winners are determined by the competition commission in the period from 1 to 20 November 2021. The results of the competition within three working days from the date of signing the minutes of the meeting of the competition commission are posted on the official website of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan in the information and telecommunications network "Internet" at: www.minjust.tatarstan.ru
