Meeting with local self-government authorities on the topic The practice of using the automated information system AIS "Code"
Deputy Minister of Justice Mukharryam Ibyatov held a meeting with local self-government authorities via videoconference on the topic "Practice of using the automated information system "Analyst of regional legislation" information system "Code".
The event was attended by Almaz Valiakhmetov, Head of the Department for supervision of the legality of regulatory legal acts of the Department for supervision of the execution of Federal legislation of the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Tatarstan, a representative of the legal department of the Association "Council of Municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan".
Deputy Head of the Department of Regulatory legal work in the field of local self-government and municipal register management Raliya Rakipova conducted training on working in the system "Analyst of regional legislation".
Rauf Garipov, Head of the Department of regulatory legal work in the field of local self-government and maintaining the municipal register, summed up the results of the work of local self-government authorities for 9 months of this year in AIS "Analyst of Regional Legislation".
Following the results of the event, the responsible persons were given recommendations on the application of the "Code" information system in rulemaking.
