Meeting of the Expert Council of the Interdepartmental Coordinating Committee on Legal Issues
A meeting of the Expert Council of the Interdepartmental Coordinating Committee on Legal Issues was held at the Ministry of Justice under the chairmanship of First Deputy Minister of Justice Ainur Galimov.
The following draft laws of the Republic of Tatarstan were considered at the meeting:
- on the draft Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On Amendments to Articles 5 and 7 of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On mandatory copies of documents of the Republic of Tatarstan" (developed by the State Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan on Archival Affairs);
- on the draft law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On State Awards of the Republic of Tatarstan" (developed by the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan);
- on the draft law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On regulation of certain issues in the field of subsoil use in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan" (developed by the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan).
According to results of the meeting, two draft laws were approved.
