Video reception of the heads of rural settlements that are part of the Kukmorsky municipal district
Video receptions of heads of rural settlements of the republic are carried out in compliance with the board of the Ministry in order to provide legal assistance on complex law enforcement issues arising in the practice of heads of municipalities.
Another video reception was held under the leadership of Deputy Minister Mukharryam Ibyatov for the heads of rural settlements that are part of the Kukmorsky municipal district.
The event was attended by the heads of the Department of legal advisory and methodological support of local self-government bodies Maya Pashkova and regulatory legal work in the field of local self-government and municipal register management Rauf Garipov.
Deputy Minister Muharryam Ibyatov considered topical issues arising in the practice of municipalities and gave them exhaustive answers. Maya Pashkova informed the participants about the most significant changes in the legislation on local self-government. Rauf Garipov discussed problems in the field of rule-making activities of local self-government bodies of settlements, including the publication of regulations on the "Official Portal of Legal Information of the Republic of Tatarstan" and the elimination of comments identified by the automated information system "Code".
