Internship of responsible secretaries of administrative commissions
On December 15, at the site of the Administrative Commission of Kazan, the next internship of the responsible secretaries of the administrative commissions of the Aznakaevsky, Verkhneuslonsky, Nurlatsky, Rybno-Slobodsky, Sabinsky and Tukayevsky municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan took place.
V.A. Latypov, Deputy Head of the Administrative and Technical Inspection Department of the Executive Committee of Kazan, spoke about the procedure for detecting offenses and initiating administrative proceedings, drawing up administrative protocols.
N.R. Biktagirov, Deputy Head of the Department for Organizing the Activities of Administrative Commissions of the Executive Committee of Kazan, explained about the specifics of reviewing administrative materials, sending resolutions on sentencing offenders, and monitoring the execution of decisions of the administrative commission. A representative of the Department of the Federal Bailiff Service for the Republic of Tatarstan explained about the organization of the collection of administrative fines.
The trainees got acquainted with the work of the administrative commission of Kazan: they took part as observers in the meeting, studied the procedure for registration and formation of cases. At the end of the internship, hold a "round table" at which interns are given answers to their questions.
