A meeting of the board "On digitalization of the activities of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan" was held at the Ministry of Justice under the chairmanship of Justice Minister Rustem Zagidullin.
The board meeting was attended by members of the board and heads of structural divisions of the Ministry. The Ministry's specialists attended the meeting in a video-conference mode.
Within the framework of the board, First Deputy Minister of Justice Ainur Galimov made a report "On digitalization of the activities of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan".
Ainur Galimov noted in his speech that the Ministry of Justice, in pursuance of the list of instructions of the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan, together with the Ministry of Finance of the Republic, has developed and approved a Digital transformation Plan and program this year. "This Plan includes 3 main areas of activity: world justice, rulemaking and free legal assistance. Projects for the introduction of digital technologies have been identified for each of the directions. This is the digitalization of magistrates, automation in the accounting of municipal acts and the creation of a single state portal of legal education and free legal aid," the first Deputy minister reported.
The board meeting also discussed issues of performance discipline and consideration of citizens' appeals in 2021. The managing director Nail Latypov made a report on this topic, in which he announced the main results of the work of the Ministry's document management, work with citizens' appeals, and also noted that together with the team, work was carried out to create a museum of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan.
At the end of the board meeting, Rustem Zagidullin presented a Certificate of Honor from the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan to Fanis Mirzin, a security guard at the Armat private security company.
