Meeting of the summary collegium of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan

Today, the Ministry of Justice held a meeting of the collegium "On the results of the work of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2021 and tasks for 2022", which was attended by Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan Farid Mukhametshin.

Before the beginning of the collegium, a presentation of a special car of the Louidor brand on the basis of Gazelle NEXT was held, designed to organize exit points for providing free legal assistance. Gazelle NEXT mobile points are offices designed for autonomous operation. Inside there is a working area for staff, as well as a reception area for citizens. The cars are equipped with air conditioning and an autonomous heater. A system of folding steps is additionally provided to facilitate access to the salon for people with limited mobility and the elderly.

In addition, Farid Mukhametshin became the first guest of the museum of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan. The Chairman of the State Council of the Republic got acquainted with the exposition of the Museum, which is dedicated to the main milestones of the formation and development of the Ministry of Justice in Tatarstan. In total, the museum presents 84 exhibits that create the atmosphere of the past years. Some of the exhibits are personal belongings of former employees of the Ministry, transferred to the museum by relatives of A.G. Tazetdinov, P.D. Burda, files from the archive of the Ministry. The museum is equipped with an audio tour, multimedia photo frames (interactive monitors) and an interactive touch kiosk (table). In the future, it is planned to replenish the exhibition collection with exhibits and archival documents.

During the meeting, Justice Minister Rustem Zagidullin summed up the work on the main areas of activity and identified priority tasks for 2022, which can be found in more detail in the Minister's report. Rustem Zagidullin also noted in his speech that the Ministry has approved a digital transformation plan, in which the main measures for the introduction of modern technologies into the activities of the Ministry are planned in the field of world justice.

"In 2022, the task is to organize on the built infrastructure the possibility of electronic filing of claims to a justice of the peace, an appointment with a judge or for documents. It is also planned to organize electronic interaction with the bailiff service," the minister said.

Invited guests also made presentations during the collegium meeting.

 

Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan Farid Mukhametshin in his closing speech noted that the Ministry properly fulfilled the tasks assigned to it.

At the end of the meeting, the Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Minister of Justice presented well-deserved awards to the Ministry's employees and awarded diplomas to the winners of the "Best in Profession" competition among those responsible for the execution of the transferred individual state powers of the Republic of Tatarstan.
