Providing free legal assistance to families raising seriously ill children
On February 16, at the Ronald McDonald House family hotel, located on the territory of the Republican Children's Clinical Hospital, the Ministry of Justice organized an event to provide free legal assistance to families raising seriously ill children.
Within the framework of the World Cancer Day for parents whose children are being treated by the Children's Republican Clinical Hospital of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan, specialists from relevant ministries of the Republic of Tatarstan, federal agencies, lawyers and notaries were invited to the House. Every resident of the free family hotel "Ronald McDonald's House" and the parents of the patients of the DRKB of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan was able to get a detailed answer to all the worrying questions.
The provision of free legal assistance in connection with the constant updating of Russian legislation remains relevant. In everyday life, citizens often face issues that require the help of qualified lawyers.
"Families with seriously ill children need both medical care and legal assistance. It is for the purpose of providing legal assistance that the Ministry of Justice considers it an important task to organize field events for the provision of legal aid, since such a category of families sometimes has neither the time nor the financial capacity to pay for the services of lawyers," said Ainur Galimov, First Deputy Minister of Justice.
