Certification of civil servants in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan
During the week, the Ministry of Justice held meetings of the attestation commission of the magistrates' offices of the Republic for compliance with the position of the State civil service of the Republic of Tatarstan. The meetings were held via video conferencing.
The certification of state civil servants is aimed at identifying the professional potential, degree of readiness and levels of ability of a state civil servant to perform functional duties. The main purpose of the certification is to determine whether the employee corresponds to the position.
The Attestation Commission made the following decisions: 16 attested persons were recognized as corresponding to the positions of the state civil service, 8 attested persons were recognized as corresponding to the positions being filled and recommended for inclusion in the personnel reserve to fill the vacant position of the state civil service in the order of official growth and 1 civil servant corresponds to the position of the state civil service, subject to additional professional education.
