Meeting with legal entities on the issues of electronic filing of claims to the magistrates
Deputy Minister of Justice Nadezhda Ragozina held a meeting with legal entities on the issues of electronic filing of claims to magistrates.
By decree of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, 2022 was declared the Year of Digitalization. The Ministry of Justice is actively implementing digital solutions for the execution of the assigned powers.
In the framework of the National Project "Digital Economy" in 2021, secure communication channels have been built at all 190 magistrates' precincts. This year, the task is to organize the possibility of electronic filing of claims to magistrates, an appointment with a judge or for documents on the built infrastructure.
Taking all this into account, the Ministry directs legal entities to go through the registration procedure on the Unified Portal of Public Services of the Russian Federation, this will allow filing claims electronically.
In addition, since February 2021, the Ministry has introduced the use of personal accounts of the Russian Post in the regions of the republic. This service provides delivery of postal correspondence to the addressee simultaneously, preserving the legal significance of the message, provided that the recipient is registered on the Unified Portal of Public Services of the Russian Federation.
In 2022, the Ministry plans to expand the practice of using hybrid mail.
