Meeting of the expert council of the interdepartmental coordinating committee on legal issues
The Ministry of Justice held a meeting of the expert council of the interdepartmental coordinating committee on legal issues, which considered the following draft laws of the Republic of Tatarstan:
1) "On Amendments to the law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On commissions for minors and protection of their rights in the Republic of Tatarstan" (developer - Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan);
2) "On Amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On the establishment of judicial precincts and positions of Magistrates in the Republic of Tatarstan" and the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On the boundaries of judicial precincts of Magistrates of the Republic of Tatarstan in the judicial districts of the city of Kazan of the Republic of Tatarstan" (developer - the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan);
3) "On amendments to Articles 5 and 7 of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On mandatory copies of documents of the Republic of Tatarstan";
4) "On the implementation of certain provisions of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation regarding the implementation of regional investment projects" (developer - Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan);
5) "On Amendments to Articles 34 and 40 of the Land Code of the Republic of Tatarstan" (developed by the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan).
