The thirtieth meeting of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan of the sixth congress
Justice Minister Rustem Zagidullin took part in the meeting of the State Council of the sixth congress.
During the meeting, the Minister presented two draft laws to the parliamentarians:
- "On Amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On the establishment of judicial precincts and positions of Magistrates in the Republic of Tatarstan" and the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On the boundaries of judicial precincts of Magistrates of the Republic of Tatarstan in the judicial districts of the city of Kazan of the Republic of Tatarstan";
- "On commissions for minors and protection of their rights in the Republic of Tatarstan".
The first draft law provides for the transfer of one judicial section of the Moskovsky district to the Kirovsky district of Kazan.
The draft law "On commissions for minors and the protection of their rights in the Republic of Tatarstan" provides for the establishment of uniform requirements for the creation and functioning of commissions for minors and the protection of their rights in the territory of the city district.
Following the meeting, the draft laws were approved by deputies.
