Meeting with local self-government authorities in video-conference mode
Deputy Minister of Justice Mukharryam Ibyatov held a meeting with local self-government authorities in the video-conference mode on the topic "The practice of using the automated information system "Analyst of regional legislation" information system "Code".
The event was attended by Almaz Valiakhmetov, Head of the Department for supervision of the legality of regulatory legal acts of the Department for Supervision of the Execution of Federal Legislation of the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Tatarstan, Deputy Executive Secretary - Head of the Legal Department of the Association "Council of Municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan" Sergey Stolyarov.
Deputy Head of the Department of Regulatory legal work in the field of local self-government and municipal Register Management Raliya Rakipova summed up the results of the work for January - February of this year on the application of the AIS "Analyst of Regional Legislation" by local self-government authorities.
Following the results of the event, the responsible persons were given recommendations on the application of the "Code" information system in rulemaking.
