Deputy Minister Mukharryam Ibyatov conducted a training seminar for employees of local self-government bodies on the topic "Normative activity of local self-government authorities. Legislative initiative. The Charter of the municipality".
The event was attended by Almaz Valiakhmetov, Head of the Department for Supervision of the Legality of regulatory legal Acts of the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Tatarstan, Victoria Sagadeeva, Chief Adviser of the Constitutional Legislation Department of the Legal Department of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan, Rifat Rakhimov, Head of the Department of Regional Legislation and Registration of Municipal Charters of the Department of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation for the Republic of Tatarstan, Deputy Head of the Department of Regulatory Legal Work in the field of local Self-government and Maintaining the Municipal Register of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Raliya Rakipova.
The seminar addressed issues, in particular, concerning the prosecutor's supervision of the legality of regulatory legal acts, the registration of legislative initiatives on the issue of changing the boundaries of municipalities, as well as topical issues of registration of charters of municipalities and municipal legal acts on amendments to the charters of municipalities.
