Seminar-meeting with magistrates of the Republic of Tatarstan on general issues
The Ministry of Justice, under the leadership of Justice Minister Rustem Zagidullin, held a seminar-meeting with justices of the Peace of the Republic on topical issues of the functioning of judicial precincts.
The Minister of Justice opened the seminar-meeting with a welcoming speech for participants representing all regions of the republic.
Deputy Minister Nadezhda Ragozina made the main report, telling about the ongoing work of the Ministry on material, technical, organizational and legal support for the activities of magistrates of Tatarstan.
The Deputy Minister said that within the framework of the program, repairs are being carried out in 2022 in two buildings of judicial precincts of magistrates in the cities of Aznakaevo and Mamadysh. It is planned to complete the general construction works of the building of the judicial precincts of magistrates located in Kazan.
During the event, Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tatarstan Eduard Kaminsky also spoke, who spoke about topical issues encountered in the activities of magistrates of Tatarstan. In his speech, Eduard Stanislavovich noted the effectiveness of joint work in terms of creating appropriate conditions for the functioning of the Justice of the Peace of the republic.
The head of the Department of organizational and legal support for the activities of magistrates, Ksenia Martochkina, in her speech, said that the Ministry continued to provide methodological and practical assistance to employees of the apparatus for conducting court records and archive work with visits to court sites.
"In the 1st quarter of 2022, on-site inspections were carried out at the judicial precincts of the Kamsko-Ustinsky, Pestrichinsky, Yelabuga judicial districts. In general, the office work in these judicial districts is evaluated positively. At the end of April, it is planned to leave for the Alekseevsky judicial district, in May – the Aircraft Building," Ksenia Martochkina added.
