Offsite meeting of Working Group No. 12
A offsite meeting of working group No. 12 was held today at the site of the Sovetsky District Court of Kazan with the participation of First Deputy Minister of Justice Ainur Galimov.
During the meeting, Deputy Head of the Department - Head of the Department of Capital Construction, Building Maintenance and Real Estate Management of the Judicial Department of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tatarstan Radik Khaliullin conducted a tour of the new building of the Soviet Court for the participants of the working group.
The court is divided into 4 functional zones: for visitors, court staff, escorts and defendants. The offices are equipped with modern technologies, there is electronic scanning of cases, auto-decryption of audio protocols of court sessions.
After the inspection of the building, under the chairmanship of the deputy of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation of the VIII convocation Ruslan Hajiyev, the members of the working group discussed the following issues:
- construction of a pre-trial detention facility for 1,000 places and pre-erected sections of correctional centers;
- financing under state, federal target programs, as well as within the framework of other receipts in 2022 and application work for 2023-2025;
- promotion of legislative initiatives in the areas of activity of working group No. 12.
In his closing speech, the deputy of the State Duma thanked the Chairman of the Sovetsky District Court and the management of the Judicial Department of Tatarstan for their hospitality and wished the entire judicial team fruitful work in comfortable conditions.
