On professional development of municipal employees
From April 11 to April 14, 2022, the Higher School of State and Municipal Administration of Kazan (Volga Region) Federal University held advanced training of municipal employees of the Republic of Tatarstan under the program "Legal support of a municipal authority".
The program included a course of lectures on the organization of legal services in municipal authorities, legal support of their activities, legal and anti-corruption expertise of draft regulatory legal acts, as well as the application of the rules of legal technology in the preparation of such projects.
Within the framework of the program, Deputy Minister Mukharryam Ibyatov, Head of the Department of Regulatory Legal Work in the Field of Local Self-Government and Municipal Register Management Raliya Garifullina, leading adviser of the Department of Legal Expertise and Rule-making Activities Lilia Muradymova delivered lectures to municipal employees.
Muharryam Ibyatov took part in the evaluation of project work on the topic of classes prepared by the trainees, and also handed the trainees certificates of advanced training.
