Study of the execution by local self-government authorities of the Sarmanovsky district of the transferred state powers
Employees of the Ministry conducted a field event to study the execution by local self-government authorities of the Sarmanovsky municipal district of certain state powers of the Republic of Tatarstan.
During the field event, issues related to the creation and organization of the activities of administrative commissions, the definition of the list of officials authorized to draw up protocols on administrative offenses, and also studied the organization of work on collecting information from settlements included in the municipal district, necessary for maintaining the register of municipal regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Employees of the legal service of the Sarmanovsky municipal district were provided with legal assistance on the implementation of the activities of the State Program "Development of the State civil service of the Republic of Tatarstan and municipal service in the Republic of Tatarstan for 2014-2024".
Problematic issues were discussed with the responsible persons of local self-government authorities, recommendations were given in order to improve the efficiency of work in the execution of state powers.
