Seminar on the topic "The practice of using the automated information system AIS "Codex"
Deputy Minister of Justice Mukharryam Ibyatov held a videoconference meeting with executive authorities and local governments on the topic "The practice of using the automated information system "Analyst of regional legislation" information system "Codex".
The event was attended by Dmitry Belyanin, Head of the Department for supervision of the legality of regulatory legal acts of the Department for Supervision of the Execution of Federal Legislation of the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Tatarstan, Deputy Executive Secretary of the Association "Council of Municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan" – Head of the Legal Department Sergey Stolyarov, head of the project "Analyst of Regional Legislation" JSC "Information Company "Codex" Alexander Starobinets.
The head of the Department of regulatory legal work in the field of local self-government and municipal register management, Raliya Garifullina, summed up the results of the work of local self-government authorities in AIS "Analyst of Regional Legislation" for 3 months of this year.
Mukharryam Ibyatov analyzed the elimination of inconsistencies in the acts of legislation identified by AIS "Codex", municipalities and executive authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan.
In the feedback mode, reports were heard from representatives of the municipal formation of Kazan, Yutazinsky, Tukayevsky, Cheremshansky and Alekseevsky districts.
Following the results of the event, the responsible persons were given recommendations on the application of the "Codex" information system in rulemaking.
