Internship of responsible secretaries of administrative commissions

On May 5, at the site of the Administrative Commission of Kazan, the next internship of the responsible secretaries of the administrative commissions of the Buinsky, Kukmorsky, Spassky municipal districts took place, as well as the exchange of experience with the administrative commission of Naberezhnye Chelny on bringing to justice for offenses detected with the help of special technical means.

Nail Biktagirov, Deputy Head of the Department for Organizing the Activities of Administrative Commissions of the Executive Committee of Kazan, explained the quality of the protocols on administrative offenses, the specifics of reviewing administrative materials, sending resolutions on sentencing offenders, monitoring the execution of decisions of the administrative commission.

The representative of the Department of the Federal Bailiff Service for the Republic of Tatarstan Alfiya Sagdeeva explained about the organization of the collection of administrative fines.

The trainees got acquainted with the work of the administrative commission of Kazan: they took part as observers in the meeting, studied the procedure for registration and formation of cases. At the end of the internship, a "round table" was held, at which the interns were given answers to their questions.
