Summing up the results of the work on the implementation of the state authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan
On May 6, under the chairmanship of the Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Mukharryam Ibyatov, a meeting was held in the video-conference mode on the implementation by local self-government authorities of certain state authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan transferred to them, following the results of the work for the 1st quarter of 2022.
The event was attended by representatives of municipalities responsible for organizing the activities of administrative commissions of municipal districts and urban districts, officials authorized to draw up protocols on administrative offenses, bailiffs.
During the meeting, Gulnara Kasymova, Head of the Department for territorial organization and control in the field of local self-government of the Ministry, reported on the results of the activities of administrative commissions and authorized officials.
Albert Ibyatullin, head of the department of organization of enforcement proceedings of the department of the Federal Bailiff Service for the Republic of Tatarstan, spoke with information about the collection of fines by force.
During the discussion of indicators for the collection of fines, representatives of the administrative commissions of Kazan, Bugulminsky and Laishevsky districts were heard.
At the end of the meeting, the participants were tasked with organizing joint work with bailiffs in order to reduce arrears on administrative fines.
