Kazan Innovation University named after V.G. Timiryasov hosted a meeting of students of 2-3 courses with Deputy Minister of Justice Nadezhda Ragozina.
The Deputy Minister informally told the students about the work of the Ministry, the principles and advantages of public service and explained in detail how to enter the civil service.
"We talked about the civil servant, about his place of work, but how to get there? There is a certain mechanism for this, and it is relevant for almost everyone. To come to work in the ministry, you need to participate in a competition for inclusion in the personnel reserve. And it is important to understand that participating in the competition, there is no division into experienced and inexperienced. Everyone who passes the selection, regardless of their education, age and experience, has an equal chance to get into the final list of personnel officers," Nadezhda Ragozina said.
