Meeting of the Committee of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan on Law and Order
Deputy Minister of Justice Mukharryam Ibyatov took part in a meeting of the Committee of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan on Law and Order.
At the meeting, Mukharryam Ibyatov made reports on draft resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan:
"On Amendments to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan dated 07/19/2014 No. 512 "On approval of the state program "Implementation of the anti-corruption policy of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2015-2024" on prolongation of the program for 2025.
"On approval of the State program of the Republic of Tatarstan "Development of justice in the Republic of Tatarstan" (implementation period 2023-2027).
The proposed draft resolutions were approved by the Committee.
In addition, the Deputy Minister took part in the discussion of the control issue "Monitoring and analysis of the enforcement of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan No. 3-ZRT dated January 12, 2010 "On the observance of citizens' rest and silence at night", regarding the execution by local self-government bodies of the Republic of delegated powers to draw up protocols under Article 3.8 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Tatarstan.
