Working meeting on the issue of collecting administrative fines

Today, the Ministry of Justice held a working meeting with employees of the Administrative commission of Kazan Elena Kalashnikova and Saniya Faskhutdinova on reconciliation of reporting data on the recoverability of fines imposed by commissions for the period from 2020 to 2022.

During the meeting, the reasons for the low recoverability of fines were discussed, including discrepancies in the number of decisions on the imposition of administrative penalties aimed at enforcement, as well as proposals to enhance interaction and increase the amount of fines collected.
