Today, Deputy Minister Mukharryam Ibyatov held a training seminar for employees of local self-government authorities on the topic "Assessment of the regulatory impact of draft municipal regulatory legal acts" in the video-conference mode.
The event was attended by Deputy Head of the Department for Improving Public Administration of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexandra Ponomareva, Head of the sector for maintaining the regional list of state (municipal) services and works of the State Budgetary Institution "Center for Economic and Social Research of the Republic of Tatarstan under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan" Sergey Korshunov, Head of the Department of Legal advisory and Methodological support of Local governments of the Ministry of Justice Maya Pashkova of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The seminar considered the issues of conducting an assessment of the regulatory impact of regulatory legal acts, the implementation of its results, as well as practical issues of the implementation of this procedure by local self-government authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2022.
