About the Republican Award named after G.R. Derzhavin in the field of jurisprudence in 2022

In 2022, a competition is being held for the G.R. Derzhavin award in the field of jurisprudence.

According to the terms of the competition, works from participants are submitted for consideration to the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan until May 23, 2022.

A total of 7 works were received on the specified date:

- I.R. Begishev, Z.I. Khisamova "Artificial intellect and criminal law";

- M.V. Belyaev "Judicial decisions in Russian criminal proceedings: theoretical foundations, legislation and practice";

- K.B. Valiullina "World Ocean. International legal protection and protection against pollution";

- A.G. Gataullin, D.R. Zaynutdinov "The idea of strong power in the drafts of Russian constitutions (historical and legal essays)" and "Soviet-Russian constitutionalism and Tatar statehood";

- A.R. Gilmullin "Legal doctrine in the mechanism of the Russian state. Theory and practice";

- E.V. Demidova-Petrova "Juvenile delinquency in modern Russia: issues of study and prevention";

- E.V. Luneva "Legal regime of land plots in specially protected natural territories".

The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan organizes the opportunity to get acquainted with these works until June 24, 2022 in the building of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan at Kazan, Kremlevskaya str., 16, in office 301, contact phone 8 (843)222-60-51.
