A video reception of the heads of rural settlements that are part of the Arsky municipal district was held
In pursuance of the decision of the final board, video receptions of heads of rural settlements are held in the Ministry.
Today, under the leadership of Deputy Minister Mukharryam Ibyatov, a video reception was held for the heads of rural settlements that are part of the Arsky municipal district.
The event was attended by Maya Pashkova, Head of the Department of Legal Advisory and Methodological Support of Local Self-Government authorities, as well as Ilsia Khisamova, Deputy Head of the Department of Regulatory Legal Work in the Field of Local Self-Government and Municipal Register Maintenance.
Deputy Minister Muharryam Ibyatov considered topical issues arising in the practice of municipalities and gave them exhaustive answers. Maya Pashkova informed the participants about the most significant changes in the legislation on local self-government. Ilsia Khisamova spoke about the work of local self-government authorities of the Arsky district in terms of sending acts to the municipal register, bringing them into compliance with the legislation.
At the conclusion of the video reception, the heads of rural settlements were given explanations on the implementation of the new Federal Law "On the general principles of the organization of local self-government in a unified system of public authority" after its adoption.
