Internship of responsible secretaries of administrative commissions
On June 28, 2022, at the site of the Administrative Commission of Naberezhnye Chelny, took place an internship of the responsible secretaries of the administrative commissions of Agryzsky, Almetyevsky, Zainsky, Novosheshminsky, Menzelinsky and Tukayevsky municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Deputy Chairman of the Administrative commission of Naberezhnye Chelny, Aizira Khamzina, together with the head of the Department of Interaction with Organizations of the territory of the administration of the Avtozavodsky district of the Executive Committee of Naberezhnye Chelny, Ayrat Khusnullin, shared practical skills in identifying offenses and initiating administrative proceedings, told about the procedure for drawing up administrative protocols, the specifics of reviewing administrative materials, on the implementation of control over the execution of decisions of the administrative commission on appointment punishments. Ilnara Yunusova, Deputy Head of the Bailiffs Department No. 2 of Naberezhnye Chelny, explained about the organization of the collection of administrative fines.
Employees of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan informed about changes in the legislation of the Republic, about the role of preventive measures, the correctness of the compilation of reporting information on the execution by local self-government bodies of state powers of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Trainees took part as observers in the meeting of the administrative commission of Naberezhnye Chelny. Practical issues of interest to trainees were discussed in the "round table" mode.
