Seminar on filling sections of official websites of anti-corruption authorities
Ilfat Mingalimov, Head of the Department of Organization of Free Legal Aid and Planning of the Ministry of Justice, told about the placement and filling of sections of the official websites of the authorities on the Internet on anti-corruption issues.
"In accordance with the legislation, the publicity and openness of the activities of state authorities and local self-government bodies is one of the main principles of combating corruption," Ilfat Mingalimov said.
The head of the department presented the results of monitoring the websites of public authorities and dwelt in detail on departmental and municipal anti-corruption programs, on shortcomings in updating individual tabs of the section "Anti-Corruption".
During the seminar, the Chief Adviser of the Office of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan on Anti-Corruption Policy A.V. Lokhotskоy spoke about the organization of work in public authorities of "hotlines" for reporting corruption manifestations, and also noted the need for interaction with the media in the implementation of anti-corruption policy in the authorities.
The seminar was held in a mixed format (face-to-face and in videoconference mode) with the participation of responsible employees of all executive authorities and municipalities of the republic.
