VKS with representatives of the Department for Ensuring the Activities of Magistrates in the Republic of Buryatia

Today, the First Deputy Minister of Justice held a meeting with representatives of the Department for Ensuring the Activities of Magistrates in the Republic of Buryatia in the videoconference format.

During the meeting, the parties discussed the work in the Free Legal Aid information system, as well as the procedure for providing lawyers with documents confirming their right to receive free legal aid.

Ainur Galimov spoke about the procedure for remuneration of lawyers of the Republic of Tatarstan, which is carried out by the authorized body.

It should be noted that the Republic of Tatarstan is taking part in an experiment to pilot the regional segment of the "Unified State Portal of Legal Education and Free Legal Aid".
