Summing up the results of the work on the implementation of the state powers of the Republic of Tatarstan
Today, under the leadership of Deputy Minister of Justice Mukharryam Ibyatov, a videoconference meeting was held on the implementation by local self-government authorities of certain state powers of the Republic of Tatarstan transferred to them, based on the results of work for the 1st half of 2022.
The event was attended by representatives of municipalities responsible for organizing the activities of administrative commissions of municipal districts and urban districts, officials authorized to draw up protocols on administrative offenses, as well as those responsible for collecting information from settlements included in the municipal district necessary for maintaining the register of municipal regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Tatarstan.
During the meeting, the head of the Department of regulatory legal work in the field of local self-government and maintaining the municipal register, Raliya Garifullina, summed up the results of the implementation by local self-government bodies of state powers to collect information necessary for maintaining the municipal register.
Ekaterina Nikitina, Acting Head of the Department for Territorial Organization and Control in the Field of Local Self-Government of the Ministry, reported on the results of the activities of administrative commissions and authorized officials.
Albert Ibyatullin, Head of the Department of Organization of Enforcement Proceedings of the Department of the Federal Bailiff Service for the Republic of Tatarstan, spoke with information about the collection of fines by force.
During the discussion of indicators for the collection of fines, representatives of the administrative commissions of Kazan, Naberezhnye Chelny, Almetyevsk and Leninogorsk districts were heard.
At the end of the meeting, Mukharryam Ibyatov set tasks for organizing effective work in order to reduce arrears on administrative fines and filling in the municipal register.
