Meeting of chairmen of district (city) courts of the Republic of Tatarstan
Rustem Zagidullin took part in the meeting of chairmen of district (city) courts of the Republic of Tatarstan on the results of work for the first half of 2022, which was held in Mendeleevsk.
During the meeting, the participants heard a report by the Minister of Justice on general issues of ensuring the activities of magistrates of the Republic of Tatarstan.

About capital and current repairs in the buildings of judicial precincts in 2022
In the republic, special attention is paid to ensuring the decent work of magistrates. In 2022, it is planned to complete major repairs in 3 buildings of judicial precincts. Current repairs in 7 separate buildings are planned to be carried out for a total amount of 6.2 million rubles.
On the digitalization of magistrates in 2022
Already in September of this year, the Ministry plans to launch a service that provides the possibility of accepting applications sent to magistrates in electronic form through the Portal of Magistrates of the republic.In this regard, a draft section of the Instructions on Court Records Management has been developed, providing for the formation of an electronic archive at court sites.
"The project was approved at a meeting of the working group on coordination of the world justice of the Council of Judges of the Republic of Tatarstan. Currently, we are waiting for its consideration at a meeting of the Council of Judges of the Republic," the minister said.
In addition, work is being completed on the organization of electronic interaction with the Federal Bailiff Service of Russia. It is planned to introduce an electronic queue at the judicial precincts of magistrates through the Portal of Public Services of the Republic of Tatarstan.
