Press conference on the Republican competition of independent anti-corruption expertise
First Deputy Minister of Justice Ainur Galimov spoke at a press conference in Tatmedia dedicated to the Republican competition of independent anti-Corruption expertise of regulatory legal acts and draft regulatory legal acts.
Independent anti-corruption expertise is a mechanism for ensuring compliance with the rights of citizens and organizations by excluding provisions from regulatory legal acts that give rise to the possibility of corruption manifestations.
The competition is open to individuals living in the Republic, who do not have arrears in paying taxes, fees, etc., as well as those who have been accredited by the Department of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation for the Republic of Tatarstan.
In the conclusions of the experts of the competition, there should be comments reflecting the identification of signs of corruption of the NPA or the draft NPA.
The winners of the contest receive cash prizes in the amount of 70 to 100 thousand rubles.
Awarding of the winners of the contest takes place on December 9 on the eve of the celebration of the International Anti-Corruption Day in the Office of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan.
