Meeting of the Expert Council of the Interdepartmental Coordinating Committee on Legal Issues
The Ministry of Justice chaired by the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustem Zagidullin held a meeting of the Expert Council of the Interdepartmental Coordinating Committee on Legal Issues, at which the following draft laws of the Republic of Tatarstan were reviewed and approved:
"On amendments to Article 4 of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On regulation of certain issues in the field of animal treatment in the Republic of Tatarstan";
"On amendments to Article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On the development of small and medium-sized businesses in the Republic of Tatarstan";
"On the establishment for 2023 of a coefficient reflecting the regional characteristics of the labor market of the Republic of Tatarstan";
"On amendments to Article 21 of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On the implementation of state policy in the field of employment promotion in the Republic of Tatarstan";
"On approval of the standards for financial support of state guarantees for the realization of the rights to receive public and free preschool education in municipal educational organizations implementing educational programs of preschool education in the Republic of Tatarstan for 2023";
"On approval of the standards for financial support of state guarantees for the realization of the rights to receive public and free primary general, basic general, secondary general education, as well as additional education in general education organizations and professional educational organizations in the Republic of Tatarstan for 2023";
"On amendments to the Code of the Republic of Tatarstan on Administrative Offences".
