A video reception of the heads of rural settlements that are part of the Zainsky municipal district was held
Today, another video reception was held for the heads of rural settlements of municipal districts of the republic. The event was held under the leadership of Deputy Minister Mukharryam Ibyatov.
The event was attended by Deputy Head of the Zainsky Municipal District Pyotr Urazaykin, Head of the Legal Department of the Zainsky Municipal District Council Vladimir Kudryashov, heads of rural settlements that are part of the Zainsky municipal district, as well as heads of departments of the Ministry.
Maya Pashkova, Head of the Legal Advisory and Methodological Support Department of Local self-government bodies, informed the participants about the most significant changes in the legislation on local self-government.
The head of the Department of regulatory legal work in the field of local self-government and maintaining the municipal register, Raliya Garifullina, spoke about the work of local self-government bodies of the Zainsky district in terms of sending acts to the municipal register and bringing them into compliance with the legislation.
Gulnara Kasymova, Head of the Department for Territorial Organization and Control in the Field of Local Self-government, raised the issue of the implementation of the transferred state powers to draw up protocols on bringing to administrative responsibility.
