Meeting of the working group of the Interdepartmental Coordinating Committee on Legal Issues
Today, Deputy Minister of Justice Mukharryam Ibyatov held a meeting of the working group of the Interdepartmental Coordinating Committee on Legal Issues.
The following draft laws of the Republic of Tatarstan were discussed at the meeting of the working group:
1) "On Amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On granting local Self–Government bodies in the Republic of Tatarstan the authority to state registration of acts of civil status" (developer - Office of Civil Registration of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan)
2) "On Amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On providing access to information on the activities of state authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan and local Self–Government authorities in the Republic of Tatarstan" (developer - Ministry of Digital Development of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications of the Republic of Tatarstan)
3) "On the accounting procedure of the property of the Republic of Tatarstan" (developer – Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan)
Following the discussion at the meeting of the working group of the Interdepartmental Coordinating Committee on Legal Issues, the draft laws of the Republic of Tatarstan "On amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On providing access to information on the activities of state authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan and local self-government bodies in the Republic of Tatarstan" and "On the procedure for accounting for property of the Republic of Tatarstan" were returned for revision.
