Residents of Yelabuga district received free legal assistance
The Ministry of Justice regularly organizes events to provide free legal assistance to the population of the republic, including such events are held in the districts of Tatarstan.
In order to provide affordable, qualified, free legal assistance, employees of the Ministry of Justice, together with federal and republican authorities, prosecutor's offices, notaries and lawyers, conducted legal advice for residents of the Yelabuga district.
Specialists answered the questions of Elabuzhans on pension, labor, tax, pension legislation. A resident of Yelabuga turned to a lawyer with a question about changing the child's surname to the surname of the deceased father. During the reception, possible solutions to the problem were discussed. In particular, the preparation of a statement of claim for the establishment of paternity for further transfer to the court.
In total, about 20 appeals were received during the reception, for which specific explanations were given to people.
