In Tatarstan, 190 magistrates administer justice, who consider 611 thousand cases a year. The Ministry of Justice of Tatarstan implements modern technological solutions in the activities of magistrates to simplify the interaction of citizens with the courts.
Audio recording of court sessions, electronic sending of letters, consideration of cases on videoconferencing with police and traffic police departments, SMS notifications of the parties have already been implemented at court stations.
From October 1, 2022, participants in the process will be able to send statements of claim, submit statements and objections in electronic form through the Portal of Magistrates of the Republic.
For participants in court cases, this is convenience and a reduction in time and financial costs.
