Meeting of the Expert Council of the Interdepartmental Coordinating Committee on Legal Issues
Today, under the chairmanship of Minister of Justice Rustem Zagidullin, a meeting of the Expert Council of the Interdepartmental Coordinating Committee on Legal Issues was held.
The Expert Council considered the following draft laws of the Republic of Tatarstan:
“On State Property of the Republic of Tatarstan and Recognition of Certain Legislative Acts (Provisions of Legislative Acts) of the Republic of Tatarstan as Invalid”;
“On Amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan “On empowering local governments in the Republic of Tatarstan with the authority to state registration of acts of civil status”;
“On Amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan “On Education”
“On Amendments to Articles 3 and 5 of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan “On Corporate Property Tax”.
As a result of the discussion, the draft law “On Amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan “On Education” was approved and submitted for consideration by the Interdepartmental Coordinating Committee on Legal Issues.
