Public services for NKO
The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan provides non-profit organizations with a state service for issuing opinions on the compliance of the quality of socially useful services for assistance in providing free legal aid with established criteria.
This conclusion is necessary for non–profit organizations that provide free legal assistance to residents of the Republic of Tatarstan in order to obtain the legal status of "non-profit organization - performer of socially useful services".
An application with the necessary package of documents can be submitted in one of the following ways:
1. Through the Republican Portal of State and Municipal Services;
2. Through the authorized executive authority.
The term of service provision is 30 working days from the date of registration of the application with the Ministry.
