A video reception of the heads of rural settlements that are part of the Zelenodolsk municipal district was held
Today, another video reception was held for the heads of rural settlements of municipal districts of the republic.
The event was held under the leadership of Deputy Minister Muharryam Ibyatov.
The event was attended by Deputy Head of the Zelenodolsk Municipal District Elza Kadnikova, Head of the Legal Department of the Council of the Zelenodolsk Municipal District Elvira Nurgaleeva, heads of rural settlements that are part of the Zelenodolsk Municipal District, as well as heads of departments of the Ministry.
Maya Pashkova, Head of the Department for Legal Consulting and Methodological Support of Local Self-Government Bodies, informed the participants about the most significant changes in the legislation on local self-government.
Ralia Garifullina, Head of the Department of Regulatory Legal Work in the Sphere of Local Self-Government and Maintenance of the Municipal Register, spoke about the work of local authorities of the Zelenodolsk region in terms of sending acts to the municipal register and bringing them in line with the law.
Ekaterina Nikitina, Leading Advisor of the Department for Territorial Organization and Control in the Sphere of Local Self-Government, touched upon the issue of the implementation of the delegated state powers to draw up protocols on bringing to administrative responsibility.
