A video reception was held for the heads of rural settlements that are part of the Kaibitsky municipal district
The Ministry held another video reception for the heads of rural settlements of the municipal districts of the republic.
The event was held under the leadership of Deputy Minister Muharryam Ibyatov
The event was attended by Aizatullova Ramilya, head of the Administration of the Council of the Kaibitsky municipal district, Zilya Sungatullina, lawyer of the organizational department of the Council of the Kaibitsky municipal district, heads of rural settlements that are part of the Kaibitsky municipal district, as well as heads of departments of the Ministry.
Maya Pashkova, Head of the Department for Legal Consulting and Methodological Support of Local Self-Government Bodies, informed the participants about the most significant changes in the legislation on local self-government.
Ralia Garifullina, Head of the Department of Regulatory Legal Work in the Sphere of Local Self-Government and Maintenance of the Municipal Register, spoke about the work of local authorities of the Kaibitsky District in terms of sending acts to the municipal register and bringing them into line with the law.
Gulnara Kasymova, Head of the Department for Territorial Organization and Control in the Sphere of Local Self-Government, touched upon the implementation of the delegated state powers to draw up protocols on bringing to administrative responsibility, as well as the enforcement of court decisions on non-property claims.
Since 2021, 26 video receptions have been held for the heads of 497 rural settlements of the republic, including 18 video receptions this year.
