Deputy Minister Muharryam Ibyatov held a training seminar for employees of legal services of local self-government authorities on the topic “Non-profit organizations of municipalities” via video conference.
The event was attended by Alexander Maratkanov, Chief Adviser of the Department for Interaction with Socio-Political and Non-Commercial Organizations of the Office for Cooperation with Civil Society Institutions of the Department of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan on Internal Policy Issues; specialist-expert of the department for non-profit organizations of the Department of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Tatarstan

The seminar addressed issues, in particular, concerning modern trends in the development of socially oriented non-profit organizations, the actions of state authorities and local governments in the region in the field of support and development of socially oriented non-profit organizations, the socio-political situation in the Republic of Tatarstan, corruption risks in the activities of non-profit organizations in municipalities, as well as the procedure for preparing and submitting documents necessary for the provision of public services for making a decision on state registration of non-profit organizations.
