A video reception of the heads of rural settlements that are part of the Leninogorsk municipal district was held
Today, the Ministry held a video reception of the heads of rural settlements of the Leninogorsk district of the republic.
The event was held under the leadership of Deputy Minister Mukharryam Ibyatov.
The event was attended by Deputy Head of the city of Leninogorsk Gulfira Rafikova, heads of rural settlements of the Leninogorsk municipal district, as well as employees of the Ministry.
Maya Pashkova, Head of the Department of Legal Advisory and Methodological Support of Local self-government bodies, informed the participants about the most significant changes in the legislation on local self-government, in particular concerning land, housing legislation, legislation in the field of animal treatment, as well as administrative offenses.
The head of the Department of regulatory legal work in the field of local self-government and maintaining the municipal register, Raliya Garifullina, spoke about the work of local self-government bodies of the Leninogorsk district in terms of sending acts to the municipal register and bringing them into compliance with the legislation.
During the reception, issues related to the implementation of the transferred state powers to draw up protocols on bringing to administrative responsibility, non-property requirements and the execution of court decisions were also discussed.
In conclusion, the heads of rural settlements asked questions, including those concerning the creation and functioning of municipal unitary enterprises, as well as the construction and reconstruction of buildings in protected areas. Exhaustive answers were given to the questions of the participants of the video reception.
