Meeting on amendments to the Republican law on rallies
The Ministry of Justice held a meeting at which they discussed the draft law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On ensuring conditions for the exercise of citizens' rights to hold meetings, rallies, demonstrations, marches and picketing in the Republic of Tatarstan".
First Deputy Minister of Justice Ainur Galimov noted that the amendment of the bill is connected with the need to bring the republican legislation in line with the federal one.
Representatives of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Office of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Executive Committee of the Municipality of Kazan took part in the discussion of the draft law.
Following the discussion, a decision was made to finalize the draft law.
